Net Prophet entrepreneurship event returns to Cape Town

The Net Prophet entrepreneurship event is to return to Cape Town on April 7 after a one-year hiatus, bringing together industry leaders, passionate entrepreneurs and innovative online professionals.

The organisers said Net Prophet, which is in its seventh year and will be co-hosted by RSAWEB, the UCT Graduate School of Business, Artscape, Sea Monster and Woo Commerce, would be bigger and better than ever before.

Over 1,500 attendees are expected to at the Artscape Opera House for the event, which will feature 12 local and international speakers sharing their stories, passions, trend forecasts and the lessons they have learnt through their years in the online industry.

Previous speakers at the event have included Julian Assange from WikiLeaks, Jody Ford from eBay, Arthur Goldstuck from World Wide Worx and Triggerfish’s Stuart Forrest.

Those wishing to attend can already purchase an Early Bird VIP ticket, which will enable interaction with speakers and the sponsorship of a bootstrapped startup or student to attend the conference.
