Western Cape startup support organisation Silicon Cape is looking for three startups to pitch their businesses at its #SCTechTalks event on Exponential Technology on October 26.
Silicon Cape holds regular #SCTechTalks at Workshop17 at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, and this month is focusing on Exponential Technology, examples of which include Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), self-driving cars and virtual reality (VR).
Three local startups will be selected to present their businesses at the event, each of which will be allocated a five-minute slot to pitch. Applications are open to any startups that are using or developing some form of Exponential Technology.
Nominations close on Wednesday, October 12 at 5pm, with successful applicants to be notified by Friday, October 14. Startups will be selected by a vote of the Silicon Cape Executive Committee.
