Jovago partners HotelsCombined to ease African hotel booking


Africa Internet Group (AIG)-owned hotel booking platform has partnered global hotel comparison website to offer direct access between the two.

The partners said the collaboration was aimed at easing the hotel search and booking process for travellers, with visitors to now able to gain direct access to’s selection of hotels across Africa.

“HotelsCombined is a remarkable tool for travellers around the world looking to make smart and informed decisions when planning and booking their trips,” said Paul Midy, chief executive officer (CEO) of Jovago.

“Jovago is focused on helping travellers find the best hotels no matter where they are and making the process as convenient as possible. We are very excited to be partnering with HotelsCombined to assist their users in creating memorable journeys, every time they travel.”

HotelsCombined has a database of over 800,000 properties globally and reaches out to 30 million people each month. Jovago has now added its hotel listings in Africa to the award-winning hotel comparison site.

HotelsCombined chief operating officer (COO) Hichame Assi said the partnership is an exciting endeavour for both companies.
