Capital Square launches Small Business Clinic

Nigerian coworking space Capital Square has announced the launch of its Small Business Clinic, giving advice and support to the country’s entrepreneurs.

The monthly clinic will give small business owners the opportunity to discuss and get answers to their business questions, do business plan checks, and benefit from advice about anything involved in running a small business, Capital Square said.

The clinic is hosted in partnership with small business consultants Owens & Xley Consults; and will see one of their specialists on hand to help attendees.

The first clinic will take place on February 20; and each month the clinic will be divided into two sessions – one morning session between 9am and 1pm, and on the afternoon between 3pm and 5pm.

The clinic days will coincide each month with Capital Square’s “Jelly”.  Launched in December, Jelly is a one-day coworking event, bringing together Lagos’ freelancers, home-workers and startup owners for one day, enabling them to share their ideas, give and receive feedback and advice, and network with other entrepreneurs.

December’s Jelly saw sufficient success for Capital Square to announce the coworking day will be monthly, to be held on the third Friday of each month.
