Swedish accelerator seeks African applicants

Swedish startup accelerator programme Fast Track Malmo is seeking African applicants, who stand the chance of gaining up to EUR50,000 (US$52,000) in funding and access to mentorship.

A joint project by Minc, ALMI Invest, Malmö Startups and Invest in Skåne, Fast Track Malmo is looking for applicants to join its January 2017 cohort.

African startups with international, scalable business models and looking for up to US$800,000 are invited to apply by the end of today (December 22).

Successful applicants will gain equity-free funding of up to EUR50,000, as well as access to workspace, mentors, investors, tools, and a global network.

The funding is for startups to use as they choose, such as for salaries, accommodation or living costs.
