Africa Women Innovation & Entrepreneurship Forum set for Cape Town

The third edition of the Africa Women Innovation & Entrepreneurship Forum (AWIEF) will take place in Cape Town on October 5-6, aimed at accelerating the economic empowerment and advancement of African women and girls.

The theme for this year’s AWIEF, which will take place at the Century City Conference Centre, is “Equity, Impact and Inclusive Growth towards Agenda 2030”.

The event will bring together emerging and leading women in business, government, international organisations, NGOs, technology and innovation, and will include keynotes, panel discussions, workshops, and breakout sessions covering a range of topics across different themes.

AWIEF organisers said the event is the perfect platform to launch a new service or product, with government and C-suite corporate executives in attendance.

A parallel exhibition offers an opportunity for all-sector business service companies and corporate entities, startups, SMEs, and women-owned enterprises and social entrepreneurs to showcase their products.
