The latest edition of Disrupt Africa’s African Tech Startups Funding Report, released every January to quantify investment into the African tech space over the course of the previous 12 months and analyse key trends and themes, was a roaring success, downloaded by more than 3,500 people as of September 2021.
This unprecedented access to vital data for African entrepreneurs – and any other interested parties – was made possible by an open-sourcing initiative supported by Catalyst Fund, RTB House, Quona Capital, 4Di Capital, Villgro Africa, Lateral Capital, and Otundi Ventures. It meant rather than selling the report, Disrupt Africa could focus on delivering free research into the inboxes of those that need it most, which it has done and continues to do at scale.
We want to make sure we do the same with the next edition of the report, due for release in January 2022, and to do that we need your help. Partner with us to help democratise access to data on the African startup ecosystem, and gain some excellent brand exposure at the same time!
